Glass Bottom Boat Tour

At 8:17:32 today, the world officially came to an end … Hell, as we know it, has frozen over … Selena has had enough liquor. Yes, the rumors are true, I cannot drink one more alcoholic drink, my goal of getting through the liquor list will fall short of a few drinks.

Anyway, we pretty much sat by the pool side reading and at some point, I fell asleep. It was goooooood. We had the Glass Bottom Boat Tour scheduled today and when we started, I thought all we would do was us in the boat looking down into the glass bottom. Much to my surprise, the boat was anchored and the guide asked if anyone wanted to jump in. Oh man, I jump right up and was eager to go in (I already asked if there where any sharks in the area … there wasn’t any). It was fabulous. The guide was tossing out bits of food for the fish and soon there were hundreds of fish around me. I tried to grab one, but those little suckers are fast. I also tried to get some pics, but unlike the turtles, the fish were too fast and wouldn’t pose for me. We were in the water about 30 or so minutes … I had a great time. At some point we had to head back to the hotel.

Nina and I just got back from the Oistins Fish Fry. This is a large market type place with lots of live music, tons of places to eat and to shop. There were so many people and hard to walk around. We settled in and had Macaroni Pie and I had the Fish Fry … I gotta say, very tasty.

Not sure what we have planned tomorrow, but I don’t think it is too much. I think we are spending our last day lounging (again) around the pool, however, I may take in one of the ‘included’ water sports … I may try water skiing.
